Implies a letter that you address to our manager including your request for Travel Package or for a personalized tour, tickets and any other travel service available. Once the manager accepts your request he will develop and send you the detailed order balance, dates confirmation, text of agreement and visa application form requiring your personal details. íà "If you agree to traveling details then please, make a payment and provide the agency with filled visa application form that confirms your order. Your payment is refundable excluding 10% of agency's fees and visa assistance expenditures.

Travel Package

This is your vacation package that includes accommodation, travel visa assistance, transfer from and to the airport, travel insurance. Having provided it to you we take subsequent responsibility for your sojourn in Russia which implies assistance with all required documents for issuing visa and posterior registration in Russia. Air ticketing

Once you have taken care of your travel package please remember that it doesn't include air tickets, since Uralterra clients usually come from all over the world. So it is time to take care of your tickets. We find comfortable flights and provide our clients with convenient tickets. Using this service will be very lucrative since we order and buy ticket directly from the best Russian airlines for discounted price (2 times less expensive)! Then we send tickets via DHL Express. Uralterra will need following info from you to check suitable flight and pricing: your full name, dates of trip and airport of departure.

Sojourn period

Feel free to ask Uralterra manager to specify the exact dates of our travel packages availability. Although if you think that isn't worth your time attention you can order personalized package and choose the most comfortable dates for your sojourn. Best weather conditions to come to Russia are following: from March till November. If you wish to experience Russian winter then the “coolest” (don't read the coldest :) time to come is from the middle of December and till the middle of January.

Accommodation

Uralterra offers you description of hotels and flats that are included in travel packages. And again, if you prefer to keep everything according to your taste and schedule we are happy to make personal accommodation varying from student hostel to 5* hotel. You are welcome to express your likes and special requirements.

Transfer from and to the airport

Uralterra manager and driver will meet you at Koltsovo (Ekaterinburg International Airport). They will assist you with luggage and take you to Ekaterinburg. You will be checked in at the hotel. By the end of your sojourn manager of the agency and driver will pick you up from the hotel to take you to the airport.

Travel visa assistance

You will be provided with all required in the Russian Embassy documents: invitation, hotel reservation paper and travel voucher check. You'll receive documents from Uralterra via e-mail or fax. Having received these documents you can take your passport and apply for visa. We can send you original of your documents via regular post or DHL upon your request. Visa can be issued in the Russian Federation Consulate (or Russian Embassy) which is in your city or close by. You can contact them by post. NB: Registration. Once you enter Russia, you need to be registered in local authorities (OVIR). Hotels of a high level do this on regular basis. If you stay in flat or in average type of hotel, apply to Uralterra to be registered within the period of three working days.

Travel insurance

We are ready to provide travel insurance upon your request. Please apply for travel insurance if your insurance doesn't cover travelling. You will get insurance policy that covers over 30000 USD of emergency expenditures.
