The Kachkanar Range is known to separate Middle and Northern Urals, it sports one of the highest peaks of the whole Urals Chain showing 868 metes vertical. The resort place is located on the eastern slopes of the Range and offers a number of various trails (total 3km round trip). The lower trail is 1,5 km in length with a vertical drop of 140 m. This trail, broad and well-planned, is ideal for beginners. The upper trail is 1,5 km long with a vertical drop of 280 m, it’s 40 m in breadth and elevation gain is 760 m above sea level. It’s the best choice for experienced alpine skiers and snowboarders. A bypass road stretches for 4 km along Kachkanar Hill and it is suitable for all skiers.
