A precious and magnificent pearl of traditional Russian wooden architecture that was preserved despite of the endless historical, political and social upheavals that were shaking our country throughout the last 70 years. Having been built in 1896 according to the project of a famous Ekaterinburg architect Yu. Dutel, it was the gala house of the Filits estate complex and the just subject of owners' pride.
