If you want to see the youngest church in Ekaterinburg, whose snow-white walls and golden domes fill your soul with harmony and peace then come here. Its style is a wonderful spark of traditional Russian architecture and knowing that the church was owing to "all together" efforts and in a record period of time (less then 2 years), we can understand that it should be viewed as a "true people's church" and a major spiritual center. It has a very strong community that supports an orphanage, schools, an old people's home, hospitals, a youth center etc. and is always happy to welcome and accept newcomers. There are kept numerous ancient icons, relics and the most esteemed among them is an icon of St. George, which was created for the coronation of Emperor Nicholas Romanov and his wife Alexandra in 1896.
