Is my air ticket included to the travel package to Ekaterinburg? |

cover all directions tourists travel from. Once you have taken care
of your travel package, please remember that it doesn't include air tickets,

Each package includes transfer services. What does it mean? |

UralTerra manager and the driver will meet you at Koltsovo (Ekaterinburg
International Airport). They will help you with your luggage and take you to the city of
Ekaterinburg. You will be checked in at the hotel. By the end of your
sojourn the manager of the agency and the driver will pick you up at the hotel and bring you to the airport. |

Each package includes travel visa assistance. Once you order a minimal travel package
UralTerra has a right to invite you to come to Ekaterinburg as a tourist and is responsible for your trip to Russia.
You will be provided with all the documents required in the Russian Embassy:
invitation, hotel reservation paper and travel voucher check. You'll receive
documents from UralTerra via e-mail or fax. Having received these documents
you can take your passport and apply for visa. We can send you original documents via regular post or DHL upon your request. Visa can be issued
in the Russian Federation Consulate (or Russian Embassy) which is in your
city or nearby. You can contact them by post. NB: Registration!!! Once you
enter Russia, you need to be registered in the local authorities (OVIR). Hotels
of high level do this on a regular basis. If you stay in an apartment or in the average
type of hotel, ask UralTerra for helping you with registration within three working days. |
